Our driving force, Mr. Nandkishore Nagdeve an engineering graduate from the reputed University of Indore, India established Mzoon Building Contracting LLC in 1985. Thereafter, Mzoon went on to steadily win projects and acquire licenses to build across the UAE. The current Mzoon workforce is now 701 strong and this figure we are glad to announce is steadily rising. The management and key staff are carefully handpicked & indoctrinated in the Mzoon principles and they in turn carry out the exercise with their wards and this way the spirit of the founder reaches every employee. We recently completed our 400th project and as we gain experience, our comfort level with challenges are so much greater, proving right the famous words “practice makes perfect”.
